  • Creating an Auto-Replenish subscription very simple. On the Auto-replenish collection page, select your preferred product, click subscribe, and then check out. Your personal details will be saved on your customer account so that you can login and update when you need to. We’ll take over and handle the rest, you just sit back and get excited for your deliveries to begin.

  • You are in control – pause or cancel at any time (after your 1st 3 deliveries) by clicking on ‘Manage subscriptions’ in your account. Please contact us if you’d like to change the frequency or skip your next delivery.

  • To edit your Auto-Replenish delivery address, please go to 'My Account', select 'Manage subscriptions' and go to the 'Address' section.

  • You can! Simply add the recipient’s email address during the Auto-Replenish subscription process. Please note, we cannot amend the name of the recipient.

  • We do not hold any card or payment details for your Auto-Replenish subscription. They are held by a secure third-party provider.

  • We're sorry your delivery has not yet arrived. Please check the tracking link provided in the postage confirmation email. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact connect@botanical-elixir.com
